Character Recovery

I recently re-activated security on my mules and, for the life of me, I can't recall which key I used to create any of the characters, so I ask that the security setting could be reset on them, please.

And if you could please explain how the process works in order for me to enable security for the new cd key, or if I won't be able to ever use security on the characters again. I can also PM the key for it to be changed to the new key, if required. Thanks
