Returning player

Hi.I wanted to play again on this server.
I own a boxed version of NWN and I recently bought one from gog.com.I am using the cd key of the gog.com (so in effect the cd key has changed)
I tried to log in and while my character is still there i get booted.Any help?

Well i can play on other online servers.I have already send them a key request but they haven't responded yet.The problem is that if i change the gog.com key then the premium modules will not launch ( and i have not played them yet ).
Can't the admin authorize this account with the cd keys already provided for the game?

We do things the way we do them for various reasons, some of them possibly good ones. There's definitely no way we're going to let gog's mistakes decide how we do things (don't worry, outside steam, it's the least bugged digital version, and that one has bigger headaches in some ways).
