Got this a while back. Any ideas why he couldnt connect?

DeputyDog, I am an old time player trying to come back. I went till 3am getting the game reinstalled and patched last night but whenever I login I get booted and do not see all of my old characters.

I am good friends with Malkron. We were in the IO clan. All my characters start with the name DION and I had a few 40s and then lower level toons. I had DION Skeletor who was a PM and then DION Joker.

Anyway I am trying to login using what i though was my login name:
vampyrtek. Although it could have been jsimon16 or tekkvampire as those were the handles i used and still use today.

Can you help in anyway? Malkron got all his old toons going and I am feeling really left out.

It sounds like a cd key mismatch. He created the toons with one cd key and is trying to access them with a different one. Needs to find his original keys or get security disabled on his toons.
