Assassin's truestrike token

Assassin's truestrike token has been reverted back to 9second timer.
Having issues with ethrealness on a 24asssasin level toon aswell. As it does not give me the ethreal bonus when hitting ghostly.
My other assassin is fine though. Going to put another level on it see if the bug corrects itself.

seemed to have fixed itself with level. truestrike token still as spell

Nothing fixes itself. Its just that the devs are very humble beings.

How can I recount the praises of those humble beings who are attuned to the Love of the Supreme Lord God?
Peace, intuitive poise and bliss are with them. There are no other givers equal to them.
