Dispell Magic bug

So some of us are on the mountain today and have run into something "interesting". Ice Walkers now seem to have the MAD skills when it comes to dispell magic. I watched them completely debuff level 35 cleric buffs without so much as a check on the combat log, just everything gone. This happened to multiple toons multiple times. Is this some odd "we hate buffed toons" campaign, or is this a bug?

If the lvl 35 buffer toon logs out at any time the buffs are then not attached to any type of lvl as far as dispelling is concerned. So your uber buffs are now dispellable on the equivalent of a lvl 1 caster once the buffer logs out, even if the buffer logs back on after.

Aye, if you log out the buffs are no longer "connected" with the caster. . . which means even the piddliest of dispells will strip it. As far as combar log goes, the person getting dispelled receives no dispell information at all only the dispeller
