Only seems to daze them.

Crash issues. Talk to Bio about fixing them.

So dominate person will still work the way it was before ? the target stands there all groggy for a while with the circle going around its head if it fails the save?

Yep.

And just trying to confirm what the spell actually does since there is no mention in the change log and the wiki description is incorrect (or incomplete). I figured if I post discrepancies than at least there'll be a record of it somewhere.
