'Stuck' in Underdark

I zoned my toon into the Underdark just now, and the map doesn't appear to load. My game just hangs. I tried relogging and same outcome. Any advice?

Not sure on your particular situation, I had a similar experience where I appeared to be stuck on a black screen, until I rotated my camera. I discovered I was just in a spot that appeared black but by rotating I could see where I was.

No, this was stuck with the transitional 'loading' bar like 3/4 the way across the screen. The reset seems to have resolved it. Thanks!

Happened again tonight at crossroads. Tried dropping my video settings to the bare minimum, same issue. Help!?!

The issue is repeatable. I can currently get it to happen in both Underdark and Crossroads consistently. If i zone into either of those areas, I get frozen on the loading screen every time, and then not until a server reset will my character be useable again back in the area that I zoned in from.

I'd really appreciate some help from someone in troubleshooting this. If I should be taking this up in a different forum, let me know.

Yes. I dropped every single video setting to the minimum. No dice.

What card are you running? Video that is.

The last think I can think of is emptying your override folder.

tried the override folder too.

I've always played on this laptop, never had the problem til 1.69

vid card is a 128mb mobile intel

Guess I'll have to hook up a PC again
