Horrific Patch Download Speed

I tried to download the 1.69 patch today using the updater, which I've never had a problem with, but for some reason it timed out and told me to get the critical rebuild. So, I went and did that, and I'm currently 2% of the way through downloading a 325MB patch at a rate of 14 kB/sec. My downloads are never this slow... is it just that Bioware's servers are taxed at the moment? Is there some sort of alternate mirror I could use to DL this patch in less than 7 hours?
