Server Crash = Deleted Character

On 28 April 2008 around 8:20 pm (PST) the server crashed, upon logging back on, one of my characters was deleted.

I was playing the character at the time of the crash.

Character Name: Daniel Sedin

Please let me know if this character can be restored.

silly question; but did you create the character , and then the server crashed while you were still playing that new character ? (or had you logged out) or was it an old character ? that vanished im just curious

No, that is a good question. I figured that someone would ask.

Anyway, it was my level 36 pure cleric. I have had him for a long time, and have been through several server crashes.

I was running through the icy crypt, on the way to HoD. Part of my map went black and I figured it was another server crash so I logged out. I logged back on and my character was nowhere to be found.
