Horrible Frame Rate - What could be the problem?

you can simply uninstall the graphics card from your computer -- if it is a windows OS , it will reinstall the card automatically with the existing drivers on hand built into windows -- OR it will boot up without videocard support and you will still be able to go online and download the proper drivers from the ATI website.....it should be simple....

you can also roll back your drivers to see if that fixes the problem.....

all of the functions you need are listed under the following procedure:
my computer ---
control panel --
(preformance and maintnence subcategory) AND/OR -- system -- depending on your layout on your pc.....
once u click system a window will come up called "system properties" -- hit the "Hardware" tab and then click on "device manager"

the device manager window lists your devices in your computer -- find your video card ( listed under display adapters ) click on your card --and then in that next window that pops up you can roll back your driver (if the option is available) or uninstall it and try it again......

I have that downloaded =D but when I open it I get a system Shutdown (then it countsdown from 60) and computer restarts.
