shifter builds

i've played shifter/druid and have reached dragonshape. using dragonshape, its fun with a party coz you can KD mobs that even the strongest str-based chars can't. playing it alone means trouble. in the planes, a few strokes from the meanies instantly kills it heeheh.

wow thanks for all that information, excellent - just what i was looking for.

So now all i have to do is pick a form to specialize in

, oh btw im still a little confused on the wpn your holding merging. In your example the risen lord was using a keen sythe but the properties from a planar spear add to this ?? which parts add? only the extra's like acid damage etc or all of it? and in this example both wpns are 2 handed does it matter if say i was holding a longsword and shifted to a risen lord?

any weapon you are using as a shifter. the extra damages on that weapon stack onto the armed shape you wish to use. if your weapon does 1d6cold 2d6 acid then when you shift your form will now have a weapon that does an extra 1d6cold 2d6acid.

great any wpn nice, while the server has been down ive been working out this build im only aiming for lvl 25 atm because hopefull i can achieve that in a reasonable time frame

ok so im going for a 5 Druid/20 Shifter. Now my question is basically can i lvl this build on this server because 5th lvl means only 3rd lvl spells but im taking extend spell at lvl 6 feat ?

However i was playing around with more druid and thus less shifter but doing it this way i will be an epic shifter (lvl 11) at lvl 16 with lvl 16 items on many of those cool shapes listed on the wiki should be able to stand up and be counted ??

i know it works on most servers for like 5 wiz 20 PM if built right, will it work with shifter - im going more druid after lvl 15 at least another 5 so i will be 10 druid 20 shifter at lvl 30

Any Advice guys?

you cant go 5druid/20 shifter. once you hit your 10th shifter, you'll have to grab a few more levels of another class such as a druid. an example would be a character of 20 levels is a 10druid/10shifter

personally i'd recommend 12/8 druid/shifter for +1 ab over a 10/10. it does make it a bit harder though - man i would have loved going up the MT as an illithid at level 15, and you have to wait until level 24 for epic shapes (levels 20-23 were HARD).
