Same thing for me. I'd also like to add some more details. It might be due to my computer tho.
Usually, I have to relog 3 or 4 times on average before I see the server as "on line" on Gamespy. I've noticed this happening within last month or two. Also, sometimes the server looks off line on my "recently visited" server list, but it is on line on "favorites" list.
Don't know if it's related, but I'm also experiencing sudden lags from time to time while I'm logged. For like 1 or 2 sec it looks like I'm disconnected (nothing but me is moving on the screen), but then the game continues. Happens few times per hour. I had lags before, but not not like this. This freezing thing however might be totally unrelated issue.

The problem is gone after server reset.

I am starting to meet the same problem (I can also see NS4 in PW action list but just timed out when logging in) when I run my nwn on windows 7. But the problem seems to be only associated with NS4, since I can connected to other servers (e.g., NS3.5) without any problems. Still trying to figure out what's wrong here.
