Just a supposition, Lorkar, but it is entirely possible that there are posts in 'DM only' threads that you do not have access to. The 23 posts you can't find may just be where you cannot see them. (At least that's the way things worked on the board for a mod I used to help DM.)

i have over 1k posts and you won't find half of them in the open boards, but they still count.

in fact, if you add all my past accounts together the post counts are 2nd highest on the boards.

I think a user's group membership on the boards determines the name color.

Members of the NS3 DMs group, NS4 DMs group, NS4 Devs group, and NS5 Devs group all get nifty colors for their names.

Members of the Moderators, NS3 Devs, and NS5 DMs have the same colors as us lowly Registered Users.
You guys should demand your own cool colors!

And I can see his point as the 1st two posts say to state the issue like that and not say “DM on?” And for another DM to say they have a good laugh at that now. Its easy to see why would annoy some people.

they point we would like to get across is that just asking in the dm channel if a dm is on...won't net you a response at all.

simply stating your problems in a courteous manner in a small descriptive detail is sufficient enough for most dm's to figure it out.

being nice never hurt anyone.

Shhh.. you'll wake him up. He walks around with the biggest "Ugly Stick" that I've ever seen. Only prob with it, it is so unbalanced when he carries it, he keeps hitting himself in the head.

No wonder he has such a "pleasant" disposition.

No - it's explicitly stated in a few spots not to take levels while shifted - your character is most likely hosed.
