DM Clarification Please

What is the official DM ruling on using Shifter types such as druids and what not for defending and raiding. There seems to be some mixed views on this topic as we had some crashes due to this very reason tonight.

Edit: I guess they have been deemed allowable.. a DM came into the game shortly after I posted this.

Server crashes for all!!!!

what does it matter if a shifter is raiding or not, its not like that effects if the server is going to crash or not. its either all or nothing.

oh and on a side note that was a druid pure not a shifter

It, the server will, a most probable will crash, when ANY character that can shift into another shape. What does it matter? well for one players tend to loose things, like exp, gold, and items. Yes, you say this happens all the time -- it happens more when raiding or defending in shifted forms. I do believe we have to think of the server first instead of oursevles until the problem is fixed. I dont care what anyone says you can exploit this matter and still act innocent, been here to long to see it, and i saw it tonight.

The reason I posted this was because some players were arguing about what was allowed and what was not. Every time we turn around there has been a different ruling so I was hoping for CURRENT clarification. Sorry, but the search option sucks here and I didn't have a lot of luck fining the thread to see what the last decision made. One minute it is a no no.. the next minute it is ok. Just trying to find out where the powers that be stand at this point.

The thing was, yes... there were several times that the dragons were killed without server crashes, but there were also times when relics were in hand that the server did crash after one of the two were slain.

As you could tell I was not pointing fingers, singling out any players or factions, complaining, or flaming anyone. Just trying to get information for the people of the server.

I do have to agree with Lorkar on this one... you really are an idiot. You never have anything worth saying and all you do is mock others or complain about other people's views and ideas. Do you even realize the pock that you truly are on the NS community? It is people like you that make these boards less inviting to people and the threads all but useless. Thanks ya putz.

You know Yoda I have some respect for you and your builds but it is countered by your association with mrsjebbo. His posts are like fromunda cheese they stink and have no obvious purpose except to befoul the senses.

As far as the 2 for 1 special you might wanna check the sell by date...yours might have gone bad.
