i've got a few spare feats on a wizard and i'm wondering if there are any more plans for the divination school beyond bumps to clairaudience/clairvoyance. bumps look ok but you'd get the same for only 2 feats in skill focus listen/spot.
any dev with a crystal (or magic 8 ) ball have a moment to guide a wizard? I'm looking for some off-the-beaten-path school focuses.
any new plans for divination?
Enchantment? I really like that school. But if nearly everything in epic areas walks around with mind spell immunity or very high will saves it is certainly not worth it.
Besides most wizards trade the enchantment for the illusion school. For one spell slot more.
I still remember the one time a warrior character attacked my wizard and I could invite him into my party, by enchanting him, *chuckle*. Of course that was beta. I hardly think that school will do you any good. But I still think I'm gonna build an Enchanter sometime in the future.

Maybe a caster with focus in divination increases flame weapon/darkfire's potential:
Fire damage remains the same, but:
Spell Focus: Divination: 1 divine damage
Greater Spell Focus: 2 divine damage
Epic Spell Focus: 3 divine damage

i guess there really arent many divination spells worth buffing, besides the power words.
perhaps add a damage component to pwkill/pwstun that kicks in if the target makes its save (so it become save and take decent damage, fail the save and die.)
or make these spells "armor piercing", in that they can affect the target if it rolls a 1 or a 2 on the save, even if they would otherwise have made the save.
though that's really a feature i'd like to see for all spells cast by a pure classer.
