Hide / Move Silently

I'm trying to figure out why my tiefling SD's Hide and Move Silently stats don't quite add up correctly. my base skill in each is 40, and i have the following modifiers (they are the same for both stats):

Tiefling +2
Skill Focus +3
Stealthy Feat +2
Epic Skill Focus +10
Dex Bonus +7

That should add up to 64 total. My hide comes out at 66 (2 higher) and my move silently comes out at 62 (2 lower) - any idea why this would be? This assumes I have no armor on that would cause a penalty to these skills.

Any items with additions to the skills or are we going on as if you have no items on whatsoever?

tiefling +2 is added at the very start of your char and doesn't effect your end total.

how many SD did you take? you get a bonus to your hide and move silently the more sd you take

Those are the stats with no equipment - i am a lvl 5 sd

ok.. so based on that.. my Move Silently Skill is correct and I'm getting a +4 hide bonus from some unknown source, and its not gear or feats
