New armor restrictions?

Have there been changed in the level required for armor such as enchanted steel?

I had already sent a message to Flailer, but my lvl 5 (Wearing steel armor) is unable to login at all, due to "item level restrictions".

I as well am facing the same restriction with a 9th level FTR/CLR.

A couple points

If you just made a new character in that same time check the stats, I tried to find anyone who may have had corrupted files otherwise send me a pm

During that short period some sub-races received duplicate tokens, you are suppose to have 1 for your race if you have more find a DM in game to remove it, the sub-race ability is powerful and keeping 2 when its known you should have 1 is an exploit so please dont use it find a DM to remove the extra otherwise I will ask Chase to assist and you know he doesnt have the softest touch
