Domain boosts to summons?

I recall finding out in an earlier thread that cleric domain boosts (Good/Evil/etc) do not apply to epic mage summons.

Do they apply to Blackguard summons? Ie does Cleric Death Domain help the higher-level BG summons?

What sort of a boost is applied by domain boosts? Similar to the conj/necro focus boosts?

Does it stack with necro focus boosts on BG builds?

Death Domain does not affect BG or PM summons.
