Invalid toon?

Went to logon one of my toons today and it said it was invalid and failed the check or something, don't know why, can you please look into it the char name is "Mistress Onyx d'Aarn [TSS]" she is lvl 9...

Not sure if this is related to an error i had before i made this toon, one of my other toons, Mistress Onyx d'Aarn (TSS)...got caught in the opening rift movie, and i could never continue with it and as there is no way to delete it I abandoned that one created this one listed above and over the past month have been lvl'ng it so no worries till today....Please help me sort this out Thank you

I'll look into this for you, but this is a perfect example of how to make a devs life more complicated then it needs to be.

To all players: PLEASE do your support team a favour by NOT repeat using your toon names as above (unless you have deleted the original via a Devil Angel). Sure the brackets are different right at the end of the name, but the .bic file name gets truncated in the server vault so I really can't predict what would happen in this circumstance.

Sorry for the inconvenience, i though there would be a way to remove the "dead" character....since it is stuck in a black screen during the opening rift/movie, again many thanks for checking this out

find a dm in game and they can get you out of the black screen.
