What is the cap for the damage for divine might and the ac for divine shield?
And is there a cap on duration?

If you have Paladin levels then 20 is the cap on Might, otherwise 10. (that might also be the case for CoT - haven't tested)
Haven't seen a cap on Shield, it's currently in the teens for me.
Both last +cha bonus rounds.

DEX AC and Dodge AC are two different kinds of AC. As such, DEX AC does not count toward your Dodge AC cap.
AC from DEX can be massive, more than from any other source.
I think the Dodge AC from Tumble does count toward the +20 cap though. Just keep that in mind for your pally/monks.
Max of +8 Dodge AC from tumble, and whatever boots give... You now know how useful divine shield will be at higher levels.

Thats interesting, think my first revision pally was hiting +13-14 cha bonus self buffed, at level 29 - with i guess +4 dodge from cross classed tumble. And boots took dex upto +1 and had some dodge AC.
Cant remember off the top of my head whether smite has a cha multiplier to it, but if not its only real benefit is getting taunts up and the duration on Might and Shield.
May factor that in and pump some into str instead, raise the AB.
