It is bugged.
I made strongheart halfling, now it is 2nd level /lst level warrior, 2nd monk/
I got -2 dex, -2 wis
+2 str +2 cons.
In official NS4 document it is
Strongheart Halfling

What shall I do with this character? I like playing for it.
May I contact DM in game to to correct my abilities?
Or have I wait untill it´s changed itself? Or not to play for it and when the bug is repaired then make another character?

BTW There is similar problem with moonelf. Beeing moonelf has not changed abilities at all.¨
I have also problem that I cannot delete bugged or incorrect made characters. Some DM recomended here to make another character of the same name, but it doesn´t work. When you log next time there is still old character it is my experience /not only from NS4/. I think so many players have the same problem....Would it be so difficult to make one forum just for deleting characters? I am active in one eurpean modules /although smaller about 30-40 players/ and it works without problems.

That's not a bug, that's what your character sheet should show.
Moon elf *IS* the un-modified elf. You get the stat bonuses of +2 dex, -2 con at creation through the NWN game engine.
The Strongheart Halfling is first created as a halfling in the NWN engine, with +2 dex, -2 str. To turn him into the final stats you see for Strongheart, the Neversummer race item takes away that 2 dex, and adds 2 str to get back to base stats, then it gives 2 con and takes 2 wisdom. So in the end you get a total of +2 con, -2 wis.
