Strange login error after server reset

Hi,

I am getting a strange login error after the latest reset which happened 7.26Pm EST in Aust Sunday 6 August.

It says

Invalid Character - player login refused.

Item equipped with an "item level" disallowed by server restrictions

*************************************

It happens with all my characters

Can someone please have a look for me as to what has happened?

Update: It seems to be working at the moment. So not sure what happened there. Anything similar happened to others?

We accidently enabled the normal bioware item level restriction but thats turned off again.
