Does epic skill focus give a bonus to this spells concentration checks ? in fact are the focus bonuses NWN standard or custom because the game says +3 for focus and +10 for epic but the NS4 change log says +2 and +4 under the spell description ?

The reason I ask is that I just gained a lvl and took epic skill focus concentration and get no bonus at all to my concentration checks meaning that its a wasted feat (and here i was taking an uncommon feat to flavour the build), I hate wasteage so I delvled and await an answer on this problem.
