In the documentation it says Githzerai get +2 Dex and Wis and -2 Str and Int but when you go to select your sub-race in game it tells you that you get a -2 to Wis and a +2 to Int. I would assume that the posted stats are correct since thats what you get when you get in game but the sub-race menu is confusing and misleading.
*Edit* Also the Githzeria ability token has the Drow ability description for Darkness.
Speaking of Githzerai. I made one and got the +2 DEX and WIS increase along with a -2 STR and INT decrease, all in white #'s. Then at lvl 4 I got an increase in DEX and INT and a decrease in STR and WIS in red and green #'s. This came as a surprise. Was that supposed to happen?
Sounds very odd. An easy way to tell if leto has been used on you is that you get potalled out and then back into the server.
There's nothing that should cause this to happen at any level other than when first selecting a subrace or using a manual of training as far as I know.

my guess is the code that alters your subrace skin every 4 levels for SR purposes is still hanging around somewhere. i've heard of someone complain about it with a svirfneblin too.
This shouldn't still be happening to players now - but it won't correct those that it's already happening too. The subrace fix wand that the DM's have isn't solving this problem yet, so I'll have to try and do something more invasive when I get a chance.
