Crash->Toon gone->Mangled toon

After the server came back up from the crash a half hour or so ago, the toon I was playing during the crash is now gone from my list and there is a different, corrupted toon in my list (with corrupt name, different class, most stats 0, etc). (Lost toon named Fraeli Silwengurd on account Myrdyr)

Suggestions?

did you send him a follow-up PM? Our developers are very busy people and sometimes forget stuff. may want to remind him.

Yep, sent him a followup that summarized everything so he wouldnt have to look through old messages. I just wanted to be sure there wasn't some alternative. Thanks for the response. *reassuming patient mode*

Took me a few weeks of pestering and watiing to get my bugged cleric removed. Took about 4 or 5 pm's
But I got'er dun
