I have a problem with a character in that when I log on with him the screen is totally black and I cant see anything. I have tried the video settings being as low as possible and nothing seems to work. I can rest and bring up the character sheet and my inventory and I can see those fine but I want to delete this character anyway. Account Trogdorbob- Toon name Drowan Tannen

sounds like this was a char you didn't finish the faction realm. if thats the case you should get a hold of a dm online and see if they'll get you thru it.
if its a char you tried to delete and it didn't work, zing or one of the other devs will have to fix that for you.
