Exsploit or intentional?

i learned this a while ago and have been using it myself with my LA monk toons i didnt see a problem with it as most of my monk toons are only a fiew levels of monk 6 to 12. the bug or whatever is this if you have a monk from LA and have the messenger token they are not supposed to stack yes? this is partaly true as the 50% token does not stack with monk speed however if you have the 10 or 25% token it does stack with monk speed. i dodnt see it as a problem untill i noticed it works even on monks with 20+ levels i wont name the toon here but earlier this day i saw a monk zip past me at mach 1 my best guess was 190% or better speed this toon was a 27th level monk so he should only have 170% that may have been what speed he was traveling but it did seem way faster than it should be he ran from one end of this map to the other in 2 seconds literaly. (ogre pass map just before the mtn trail starts) if he was legit speed then wow nice but this oversight still remains with the speed token.

alot of us players have also noticed those LA monks with the speed token moving much faster than their non-LA counterparts even with higher levels. i think the speed token should be looked into; i remember a SL monk (30+ levels) being outrunned by a lower level monk from LA. was wondering how this was possible...

Personally I think a magical speed bonus should give anything a speed boost.
It should just not stack with other magical speed bonuses.
If it's +50% and used on a monk that already goes 140% let it add and make the monk go 190%.

Messenger Token, Haste, Mass Haste, Expeditious Retreat, Blinding Speed are the ones that shouldn't stack.

Concidering Blinding Speed is an Epic Monk feat.

yes and blinding speed doesent stack with monk speed ... or does it?

if you are over 15th level monk it doesn't.
