Quest related bug (Mystral Ascendancy)

Hi folks,
my ingame character "Nameless One" didn't get the reward for completion of the "Arcanist Job" lvl 3 and all the basilisk spikes, medusa snake heads and cockatrice feathers remain in the inventory and can't be dropped since they are quest-items ...

I can't tell if other quest rewards like those of the "Sentinel" jobs were removed too.

All this happened nearly a week ago when i was on my way back to report successful completion of the 3. "Arcanist" level ... and before i made it the server crashed.
After i realized what happened, i was so pissed that i logged off and didn't try to get a fix up till now.

I tried to redo the quest, but i'm just given the next one.

Can someone help me out?

I've finished the 4th (arcanist) mystral ascendancy quest by bringing "Chartan" the Kobold rift crystal, but then he says: "[No rift crystal found]".
I finally got the reward for completion of lvl 3 but not the reward for completion of the current (4th) level ...

Following you see the conversation i had with Chartan:
"Chartan: Well - an Antagonist sent to do my bidding, eh?
Nameless One: [Tell Chartan you have brought back the rift crystal.]
Chartan: Ah, the crystal! Splendit! ...
Nameless One: [Do not purchase a ferry ticket from this smelly and surly dwarf.]
Chartan: [No rift crystal found]
Nameless One: [Leave Chartan and retrieve the rift crystal]"
The last two sentences are repeated forever without an alternative choice so i actually had to go away to break out of the loop.

edit: I tried to get the rift crystal again by killing the kobold chief, but it isn't given to me after the fight.

edit2: Just reported back to the Sheriff as Flailer told me and everything seems to be fine: It looks like I got all quest rewards and no more quest items are blocking my inventory. Thank you, Flailer!
