Binding to allied shards bug is back ...

My toon from TC can't bind in Beryn getting the message that he can't bind to a hostile shard *and* that he is already bound to this location (which is not the case). I remember reporting this ingame a couple of months ago (unfortunately, I don't remember who the DM was at the time) and the bug was fixed the day after ... could it be that the fix somehow dissipated after a reset or crash since then?

Just reporting this and wondering
