Allowable Callsses by faction

A simple question for clarification...

in the guide on factions there is a list of allowable classes, non of those restricted in classes mention any allowable PrC, is qualification for a PrC enough or are some PrC's restricted from some factions

Example of question: Can you have a MA Shadow dancer?
(Doesn't say you can, but implications of no PrC's except unique Pale Master are devistating to these factionsability to hold up so my expectation is that you could)

Certain prc's are restricted example Shadow Legion offers the assasin therefore no other faction can use it. While the shadow dancer does not belong to anyone so any faction can use it. If the prc you are looking for is not listed to a single faction then it is allowed everywhere (barring the classes requirements)

Classes are specifically stated as: ALL or a specific list (only the ones on the list can be taken)

I believe you are confirming the text is 100% acurate, but just so it is clear for me does that mean an MA shadow Dancer is not possible (as Shadow dancer is not listed in allowable classes for MA).

prc is not considered a class for listing, it is prestige class totally different.

Thanks, I had hoped this was the case but didn't want to get to Level and find was restricted
