Border Patrol Job

For some reason i cant finish the last part in the border patrol job in daeron, because the funny thing is i already finished it before with another char and didnt have any problems, plus i was talkin with another char today and he has the same problem, could someone from the dev team check into this please and let us know whats goin on?

Ive even retraced my steps to see if i dropped all the supplies off and there is none left in my inventory. When i speak to the npc that gave me the job now, all he gives are directions to where to find the supply drop offs are.

I am also having a problem with the Border Patrol role. I can't seem to get any of the Hand's of Light to talk with me...
