Stat increases and jobs.

Does a stat increase stack with subrace bonuses or not?

I ask because... having just completed the new NC job(Thanks Devs!) I noticed that my character gained one of the increases, but his charisma stayed the same(Aasimar).

is that working as intended or a little bug?
