Loading one character crashes NWN?

I have a character that just attained Master Artisan in Martial Weapons crafting, and went to go put his trade to use in the Deurgar Castle. I made a pair of axes for another character, and after trying to exit the castle, my copy of NWN crashed to desktop. Repeated tries to load this character (even after restarting my computer) have simply crashed NWN to desktop. Is there anything a DM can do? Is this a problem with the Deurgar Castle? I'm kind of lost here.

I had a problen like that a long time ago .. while trying to craft arcane i'd pull something into my inv. and bam crashness ... happened everytime ... i reinstalled nwn and that fixed it ... not sure it would work for you though.
