(SOLVED) Can't level in PW Action: NeverSummer MW

I already brought this up to DM Wraith on the server but wanted to post just in case someone else has a fix.

I have a 23 level toon using the following build:

Except increased Char at 19. Used 1-20 levels noted at bottom of post went through build at top of post.

Everything was good till 23 level. At 24 level tried to take Sorcerer to 9 level and keep getting Level Up message. I can go through all the steps in picking skills, feats, familiar, and spells but I do not level.

When looking at character on server it said XPs 27,6001 and Next Level: Max Level.

DM Wraith killed (politely, he asked first) then rezed. Deleveled me to 22 level. I was able to go to 23 but can't go to 24. I even tried killing my character and respawned. Same issue.

Mostly play on Ubuntu 5.10 box but XP box shows same results.

Any help would be appreciated. I really like this toon.

Forgot to mention that I logged off last night and tried this morning still same issue.

Computer Specs:
AMD 1700
Radeon 9700
512 RAM

Spoke to Tossin (one of the players on MW) and he asked me what feat i was taking at 24. Turns out that Devasting Critical is disable which was causing the issue. I choose another feat and was able to level just fine. Checked journal and nothing mentioned about this so hope people check this thread.

I wonder what other feats are not allowed.

Perhaps you should check out the NS3.5 forums, instead, for answers.
