logon problem

today i made a new char to log on with (after i up graded to 1.66) but when i had finished the char and went to start the game.I went to the first screen clicked the option to continue and was confronted with a plain black screen with a cursor. I'm not sure if this is a problem due to the upgrade or what but if someone could let me know that would be awsome

Normally this problem is due to being on the wrong server.
Try logging onto the other Ns4 server and using that character.

I'm getting the same issue. I tired multiple characters to make sure that it wasn't that the character was on the wrong server.

By the way, as of my writing this server 1 is down.

I do, hear the environmental sounds, though. I guess I'll just check tomorrow since tnoight I'm seeing Batman Begins at the IMAX.

Is server 1 down ?
Cuase i did the update to and i can't find server 1 in the list... is it cuase the update or is the server down
