Issue with subraces and poison/disease

Playing a subrace with stat penalties and having been hit by weak poisons/diseases that are healable by kits, does not work. My stats continually go down and I am not able to get rid of the penalties. It seems to be interacting with the way the stat penalties are done for the subraces. Thus my char is near unplayable after a couple of rat runs. Any help would be appreciated.

I've never known heal kits to remove stat drains, just the disease/poison. once you're hit with the drain it stays until cleared. I think some will clear after resting. Others you may need to get a restoration done for you (or die).

Perhaps that was it, these stat drains healed on another char either after resting or using a kit, however even resting did not work on any of the stat drains from rats, spiders, etc. There does seem to be something funky going on.

The effects of poison/disease are hardcoded to last a game day or something like that. Answer is to flush the buggy Bio system...someday.

Until we can prove if there is a true bug, I've found dying is just the easiest way to go.
