Avendell PK/Shopkilling

This evening, c. 6:00 pm cst, Billy Randall (login memphet123) and another of his chars (login memphet1) assaulted avendell, pking a lowbie on several ocassions and killing the smith during a transaction with him on my part. I lost no gold, as the server did not reset before the shopkeep respawned (although he was killed twice more before he was allowed to spawn unhampered), but the annoyance factor for this type of behavior was huge-normous to say the least. Several people responded to calls for aid, and I thank them. These witnesses and aid-givers comprise Tank (MLoki login), Magic-Foo, Michelman, Kinyo (the pked party), and Smithmore, and myself, Instumentum Dei (Ragefist_Nutgrinder login). The actions of this person raise several questions/concerns:

1) Why in the name of god is it impossible for me to hurt someone in the smithy yet the smith dies in one hit?

2) When are DM's online to take care of problems such as these . . . I have heard tell of DM intervention of questionable nature in some other instances, why not now?

3) What are the rules for getting rid of malicious chars like this in Ave proper? Is pking proper and called for, or are we supposed to turn the other cheek?

4) Why have I gotten into a numbering kick in my posts, and what does this trend say about the deeper parts of my troubled psyche?

5) Why can't I stop adding numbers . . . . ahh help!

The actions carried out by Billy Randall violate two of the commandments (II and III), and they happened multiple times on this day -- doesn't that call for immediate intervention by an authority figure?

this isn't the first time players have had to intervene with that guy to make him stop breaking the rules. myself and a few others in my clan had to stop him from pking a lower lvl caster(billy is a melee)in li'norala at the respawn point. i killed him and tracked him to his respawn, but he logged b4 i could show him what grieving is like. during his run though he claimed he couldn't be stopped cuz he had 10 key codes for the game

Perhaps is this the same guy that PKed Kinyo earlier, kokovitch2000 (login name), char names of Elektra and Ken? Did he say anything - notice if he sounded...French perhaps?
