easy way to check for yourself. Take the feat. If its been "nerfed", then simply go get yourself killed, loose the lvl and re-gain it. Choose a diff feat and yer good to go.
It was switched to the new-style haste effects. Don't know the duration, but if it remains stock, do you really want to waste an epic feat on a short duration haste that can be duplicated through potions?
