I have a sorc lvl 23 and i am artisan in arcane art....... i have like 20 000 xp and i wait 1 week before the server 4 was down.....and now i just retry and i still cant lvl in in this domain.....is there a problem?? im even tried falme and duegar but it seem not working yet....
You should be able to hit MA status at any table, but only craft MA items at specific MA stations... any chance you have a level in a prohibited class?
I ran into a similar glitch a while back that eventually worked itself out with fletching (timer wasn't updating properly for me... no idea how it fixed itself). What sort of message are you getting when you use the crafting sign?
