Two problems...

Hi,

I'm having a couple of problems with a new character I've created recently:

1) When I created the character, I originally chose a portrait from one I imported to my installation; viewers now see me as the default bag lady. How can I change my portrait to one that everyone can see?
2) My character is a Wizard. I try to invoke a famalliar, and am told (something like):
"Your character cannot reach you in this realm". Am I doing something wrong?

1) They have to have the same expansion or portrait set installed.

2) Familiars are currently disabled.

Oh... missed the familliar part; my guess is that it's buried somewhere in the documentation.

Although, for #1, there isn't a way I can get my portrait to others' machines - it's not in an expansion pack. I just want to change it on my current character's portrait - any ideas?
