Cannot login at all

My character Herrent Allin cant log in, and it says that clicking enter neversummer would fix it. However the same message poped up saying i couldnt log in. It directed me here, can i please get some help....thank you.

Was your character on server 4 last? If it was, you're probably hosed until it comes back up.
