Problems with character creation

When i made my char, i saw the first movie then i logged out.....when i return...all i had its a black screen...i cant do anythings...some can help me ?

If you logged out (or the server crashed) before joining a faction and getting to the home city, the character has no assigned location and the server doesn't know where to send you. This is a known bug, and the only solution is to make another character. I've got at least 4 stuck that way at the moment.
