How hard is to put missing item's database entries ?

There are some items i've found not equippable because the database entry is missing, and it also says please contact ns4 staff. Which I'm doing now.
And offering help: if you tell me how to write one of those items database entry, ill do it for the rest of them , and post the result here so you can copy & paste it. saving you time.

The items i found are mostly crafted martial weapons and a bracer from the new plane:

Crafted Silvery Spear
Crafted Imbued Spear
Crafted Silvery Quarterstaff
Crafted Imbued Quarterstaff
Kithrak Bracer

Need repro status on whether /any/ crafted spears and quarterstaffs can be equipped.
