Bugged relic cradle?

Is this something that happens?
Was raiding ao just now, and while fighting a pc defender after defeating the cradle, I never got the "Relic Cradle is defeated message" which meant the relic cradle regained and I had to retap several times. When I had finally killed the defender, the relic cradle disappeared altogether and after a short while the relic room reset. There were no noticeable lag all this time either.

Pretty frustrating…

That sounds real weird.

Tell me if it happens again - if not, cosmic ray could've flipped a bit or something :) .
