Possible bug with crafting?

Was at the outdoor looms in Melencia, journeyman level, gloves...crafted, exp and gold were deducted, gloves showed in inventory... after closing the loom and reopening inventory they gloves where nowhere to be found. Repeated 4X, one of which returned an 'unable to trace' error in the log. Relogged on the off chance that it was a self-bug and that did it, but figure I should let someone know the situation occurred. Have ss if needed, but think it is all spelled out.
