Several of my characters cant log in

Hey, tried to log in after a several month break on my accounts and several of my characters recieve a "your character did not meet validity check for new characters" error message.

account- Jmana
characters - Maus, Gralg (Gralg is lvl 40 and Maus 33 so they arent even new characters )

account- This Is Not A Drill
characters- Franvil Heldirk, Franvil Heldirk II, Karania, Kraun, Merrip (again none of the characters is a new character )

I thought it might have been they were created on my other machine and i just forgot but the same thing happens on either of my machines and its not booting me the way it does if your security isnt disabled and u try log on,

Hey any update on this situation plz ?

if it cant be fixed could you please delete all characters on Jmana account - sadly none of them work. Also could you delete all characters off This Is Not A Drill account EXCEPT indra devourer of souls which is the only char that works.

AS far as the above post goes there is also 1 character working on Jmana account, seems to be a coincidence that on both accounts only 1 toon works the rest are some how invalid all of a sudden, anyhow can you delete all characters off Jmana account EXCEPT - Hanan Thel, and all character off This Is Not A Drill account EXCEPT - Indra devourer of souls. But hopefully you can fix them
