Bug with MA job bonus?

Not sure if it rolls right in combat.. but on my char sheet if it says +13/8, it'll say +16/9 vs. outsiders.. but if I get buffs(like magic weapon or haste) my base will go up to +14/9 or +15/10, but the +16/9 vs. outsiders doesn't seem to change. Is that a glitch on the character sheet or is the actual AB not being adjusted? And if so, is it meant to be that way?

It still rolls as its supposed too. just looks wrong on character sheet
