I just want to say that I do understand the rules a little better than what I said in the last post. I was trying to point out how they can be confusing as written. There has been clarification posted a few times, but for those that don't read the forums regularly, just reading the rules by themselves is unclear, which is why you see a lot of people violating the rules because they just don't know any better. In fact, most of the general population of the server do not read the forums here at all and have no idea what exactly the relogging rules are other than the standard veng-logging rule outside of raids.

This is the way i've always understood it but unfortunately it's not being enforced at all.... and i'm way to lazy to be watching and SSing logins and toon signon/outs while i'm trying to have a good time .

Yeah I have the same sentiment. Honestly I don't even care to worry about what other people are logging or even try to keep track. It takes away from the fun I am having. Even if I tried I don't think I could do it unless I am very familiar with what toons go with what player. For the most part keeping track of the logins of my guild mates is enough for work me.

I still say get rid of all these silly PvP rules unless you can automate punishment, you're leaving yourself open for interpretation and claims of favoritism.
People are just going to do it anyway, and not get caught. Like they are now. For every person you catch vengelogging, I'm sure there's at least another.
I guess if your opinion is that the War on Drugs is a success,then you're entitled to continue on this sort of path.

factional chars are factional chars, relogging for defense only hits venge log rules when its cross faction...your tc char defennds nc then you relog another tc char to defend nc again. tc to tc and nc to nc are in the clear. that clear as mud?


if you relog to defend then relog to continue raiding it MUST be the same char raiding or you have to wait the 30 mins.


the "30 min rule" takes effect from your last action. ie: cradle drop off or drop off. uncontested or not....its considered a hostile act vs that faction whether or not someone defended. the npc's defended


anything else or more definition?

nc can relog nc chars all day long for defense

tc can't relog tc chars in nc or its venge log

Therefor bypassing the changing factions rule because Im logging in a home-town defender.
