One of my toons called Fina Loli with 23level was booted.I can't log her on.But any other toons of the same ID is ok.My ID is "shipeng".I have only one CD-KEY,never log on with other keys.The last 8 characters of my key is "L6AUF-UPA6R".
PS:One of my friends has the same problem.His ID is "85272823".His toon is called Arthur Shiver.
Would any DM be so kind to check my problems?

First cdkey's characters 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 are your public cdkey. Need that, your account(s) and some character names to attempt to fix things.
i.e. key1=12345-67890-ABCDE-FGHIJ... (check nwncdkey.ini in your install directory)
would have a public key of 24680BDF
i.e. key1=12345-67890-ABCDE-FGHIJ... (check nwncdkey.ini in your install directory)
would have a public key of 24680BDF
