cant lvl

I have a lvl 29 claric with 6lvls of fighter and when i try to lvl up claric it said YOU MUST FURTHER DEDICATE YOURSELF TO THE PATHS YOU HAVE CHOSEN. any idea why i cant lvl up

Did you by chance take one or more levels of a third class then de-levelled? There is a minimum of 5 levels for classes taken after level 20. Since you have 35 levels with cleric and fighter, it is asking for you to spend the 5 levels on the class you delevelled in.

This is all I can think of as the reason for your problem. You will need to contact a DM for assistance.
